Session 2 Foundations of Acupuncture

Service Description

Core Concepts: This course will begin with a review of session one. We will then progress into covering the Heart and Small Intestine meridians also with a point location lab. We will also delve into how to diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disturbances due to their relevance with the meridians covered. We will then progress into covering the Bladder and Kidney meridians and then point location lab. We will delve into what bi syndromes are and how they are important in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Then will go over pain treatment protocols along with how to diagnose and treat pediatrics and pregnancy. We will learn the theory behind cupping, how to use, and how to appropriately implement them into your practice.
